A residential remodel for a growing family sought to highlight the home’s midcentury architectural character while introducing a more open and functional layout. The kitchen was reconfigured with a central island, opening seamlessly to the dining room for everyday living and entertaining. The master suite was redesigned to maximize efficiency, adding a walk-in closet, a bathroom with double vanity, skylight, and a warm wood accent wall. The shared bath was modernized with a tub, shower, and vessel sink, while an existing bedroom was transformed into a home office with new storage and lighting. A new hearth revitalized the existing wood-burning fireplace.

Throughout the home, custom millwork, integrated storage, and distinctive lighting fixtures were introduced to blend midcentury details with contemporary comfort, creating a space that feels both playful and highly functional.
